This cheddar has been matured for 2 and a half years to bring you a creamy texture and amazing flavours. 

This mature cheddar helps raise money towards bringing the Just jane Bomber flying again, The lancaster is based at East Kirkby in Lincolnshire, which is not far from where this delicious cheese is produced at Lymn Bank Farm. 

This cheese also won silver at The British Cheese Awards in 2014.
