We love classic cheddar. It is comforting, familiar, and always has a place on the cheeseboard. But we also know that cheese lovers are always looking for something a little different — something that makes people stop, taste, and ask, “What is that one?”
That was the thinking behind our Hot Maple Cheddar Truckle.
We wanted to create a cheese that still felt like proper cheddar at heart, but with a flavour that was a bit more playful. Something that had the warmth of a spicy cheese, but not just heat for the sake of it. Something rounded, rich, and easy to enjoy.
Maple and chilli felt like the perfect match.

What does Hot Maple Cheddar taste like?

How to serve Hot Maple Cheddar this summer
