The Health Benefits of Our Cheese Truckles - May lower the risk of developing type 2 diabetes

A recent study shows that cheese may lower an individual's risk of developing type 2 diabetes. The study found that eating around 55 grams per day reduces the risk of diabetes by 12%. Now that’s a generous number, given we all know that cheese is high in fat and calories. Previous studies have shown cheese has an effect on reducing one’s cardiovascular disease, but dairy fat really isn’t the best choice, and it should be consumed in moderation.
