Chuckling Smashed Burger

Everyone loves a good burger! So why don't you challenge yourself to making this incredible Chuckling Smashed Burger? This double stacked burger is quite literally, beefy! Topped with melted smoked cheddar cheese and fresh crisp salad, you’ll have a burger fit for a king!

  • Two Smoking Barrel Cheddar Cheese

  • Minced Beef

  • Red Onion

  • Burger Buns

  • Lettuce

  • Tomatoes

  • Pickles

  • Burger Sauce


  1. Chop the onions, tomatoes, lettuce and pickles. These will be going into the burger at the end.

  2. Then get the mince out and create even sized burger patties. Once you've created the burger patties, smash the patties down to make them thinner and then place in a frying pan to cook, apply pressure to further smash them. You can fry the onions if you so wish or have them raw in which case they can be added in later on.

  3. Once the burgers are almost cooked add the Two Smoking Barrels cheese on to the top of each patty. Place a lid on the frying pan to steam the cheese, melting it.

  4. Place the burger sauce on the top bun. The lettuce can then be added to the bottom along with the rest of the fresh salad items. 

  5. Once the cheese is melted place both burger patties into the bun and then garnish with salad if desired. Place the top bun on the top and then it's finished.

  6. Serve and enjoy!
