Ingredients:
 

• 100g Chuckling Cheese Mexican Sweet Chilli Cheddar

• 2 Large Chicken Breasts

• 1 Red Onion

• 1 Red Pepper

• Fajita Seasoning

• 8 Tortillas

• Sour Cream to dress

• Guacamole to dress

• Rocket to garnish

Recipe:
 

• Begin by slicing chicken into even strips and marinate using the fajita seasoning, finely slice red onion and pepper, adding this into the mix.

• Using a grill pan over a high heat, cook the mix until you get a nice charred effect and ensure the chicken is cooked through.

• Grate The Chuckling Cheese Mexican Sweet Chilli Cheddar and heat up the tortillas.

• Then begin to assemble the fajita's, grab a tortilla and place in your chicken and vegetable mix then top with the sweet yet spicy cheddar for an extra delicious flavour.

• Finish by topping off with sour cream, guacamole and rocket or whatever toppings you prefer.
