You will need:

- Knife
- 2 x Mixing Bowl
- A chopping board
- A whisk
- Cooking tongs
- A frying pan
- A cheese grater

Ingredients:

- 2 Chicken Breasts
- A Pinch of Salt and Pepper
- 1-2 Tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 tsp Turmeric, Cumin, Curry Powder, Smoked Paprika, Chilli Powder, Garlic Powder, Dried Parsely, Oregano, Dried Thyme, Dried Basil
- ½ a cup of Plain Flour
- 3 tbsp Butter
- 5 Garlic Cloves, crushed
- 1 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1 tsp Soy Sauce
- 1 tbsp Sour Cream
- Lymn Bank Garlic Cheddar Barrel
- Chuckling Cheese Runny Honey
- 2 x Flatbreads
- Garnish of your choice (we chose some Rocket)
- Chives, chopped

Method:

1. Place the chicken breasts on a chopping board and make 4-5 cross hatch cuts in each breast, making sure not to cut all the way through.

2. Drizzle both sides of each chicken breast with olive oil, and season with salt and pepper and set aside.

3. In a mixing bowl combine all of the spices. Place both chicken breasts in the bowl and using your hands rub the spice mixture all over the chicken.

4. Take your second mixing bowl and pour in your plain flour. Transfer the chicken into the flour, coating all sides.

5. Place your frying pan on a medium heat and melt 2 tbsp of butter. Once melted add your chicken to the pan, shaking off any excess flour beforehand. Cook the chicken for 2-3 minutes, then flip the chicken over.

6. Add your crushed garlic and remaining butter to the pan, and cook for a further 2-3 minutes.

7. Add the honey, soy sauce, and apple cider vinegar to the pan and using a spoon, coat the chicken in the sauce.

8. Reduce the heat and leave the chicken to cook through.

9. Whilst the chicken is cooking, prepare your plate with a flatbread and garnish of your choice.

10. Once the chicken is cooked, cut it into strips and place it on top of your garnished flatbread.

11. Grate 50g of the Garlic Cheddar Barrel onto the top of the chicken.

12. Complete your meal with a tbsp of sour cream, and a sprinkle of chives.

13. Enjoy!
