French Style! Blue Cheese
This French Style Blue sheese comes in a wedge laced with rich and tangy flavours to add to pretty much anything. Similar to Blue English, but perhaps slightly tangier with regards to its blue flavour, and the eye appeal of those blue flecks, to create an authentic look, reminiscent of French cheese.
You can use this sheese in similar ways you would with the English Blue. This wonderful substitute is great for any dairy-based recipes calling for Blue cheese. It tastes absolutely fabulous melted in toasties with a few slices of tomato, or added to your favourite pies to a scrumptious evening meal.
